Since moving to Western North Carolina in 1967, Jon Nilsson has been continually involved in the construction industry building houses, apartments, commercial and industrial facilities. In January, 1973, he obtained his general contractors license and opened Nilsson Construction Co., Inc.

Jeff Poe is originally from Durham, N.C., and grew up in the construction business. He has been with Nilsson Construction since 1980, serving in a supervisory position since 1987. Jeff continues to take on more responsibility over time due to his wealth of knowledge and project management skill.

Jeff is the person who will personally oversee the construction of your new home or business project. He will do whatever it takes to make the project one that everyone will be proud of.

Billy Hoyle comes from Sylva, N.C., and has been with Nilsson since 1995. He has complete responsibility for office management and bookkeeping for the company.
